Hellman Electric was tasked with furnishing and installing new aeronautical lighting for JFK Airport’s Runway 4R-22L and associated taxiways. Due to the sensitive nature of performing a project at an active airport, work was conducted in shift phases in order to limit runway shutdowns and other disruptions.

The scope of work also extended to conduit in kerf cuts, series type 5kv cabling, and circuit regulators for the runway.
